- Sioux Center Community Hospital Golf Tournament
The Sioux Center Community Hospital Golf Tournament will be held Monday, August 23, at the Ridge Golf Course. Shotgun start at 1:00 PM. Cost, including prime rib dinner, is $400 per 4-person team. Register by August 9 by calling 722-8197, or by going on-line to SCHospital.org.
- Greater Sioux County Genealogical Society -- 6:00 PM
The Greater Sioux County Genealogical Society will meet at 6:00 PM on Monday, August 23, at the Calliope Village in Hawarden. Tours of the buildings will be given. In case of rain, the meeting will be held at the Sioux Center Library at 7:00 PM.
