- Red Letter Festival -- 11:00 AM
The 5th-Annual Red Letter Festival will be held from 11:00 Am – 10:00 PM at Sioux Center Fruited Plain Cafe this Saturday, August 27. There will be a silent art auction, kid’s activities, a raffle with many prizes, and live music at an outdoor stage all day. All money raised will be donated directly to the Bridge Transitional Housing facility.
- National Wild Turkey Federation Banquet -- 5:30 PM
The National Wild Turkey Federation Banquet will be held at the Rock Rapids Forster Community Building on Saturday, August 27. Doors open at 5:30 PM, the dinner begins at 7:00 and the Auction will start at 8:00. Tickets are available at the door. Prices, with a membership, are $60 per couple, $45 per individual and $20 for ages 17 & under. Memberships will also be available for purchase at the door.
