- "Calvinism For the 21st Century" Conference
A "Calvinism For the 21st Century" conference, hosted by The Andreas Center for Reformed Scholarship and Service, will be held on the campus of Dordt College April 8 – 10. A number of speakers will cover a vast array of topics. For more information, or to register, do to www.dordt.edu/events/calvinism. The registration deadline is March 22.
- Ireton Christian School Annual Bluegrass Gospel Concert
The Ireton Christian School Annual Bluegrass Gospel Concert will be held in the Dordt College BJ Haan Auditorium on Saturday, April 10. Performances will be at 2:30 and 7:00 PM. Tickets are available at Sioux Center’s “A Touch of Class”, Orange City’s “Dove Bookstore”, Hawarden’s “In-Weave”, Ireton’s “Iowa State Bank”, or Ireton Christian School.
- Fusion Bible Study -- 6:00 PM
Fusion Bible Study, an interdenominational Bible study for single young adults, will be having an Open Gym Night at the Maurice Reformed Church on Saturday, April 10, beginning at 6:00 PM. All area young adults are invited to attend. There will be games and pizza. Bring a few dollars for the pizza.
- “The Noteables” Concert -- 7:30 PM
“The Noteables”, the jazz ensemble of the U.S. Air Force Heartland of America Band, will present a concert at 7:30 PM on Saturday, April 10, in Northwestern College’s Christ Chapel.
- Early Childhood Symposium -- 8:00 AM
Northwest Early Childhood Iowa is hosting a symposium, focusing on providing early childhood providers the tools to help with the development of young children. The symposium will be held from 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM on Saturday, April 10, at the Le Mars Convention Center. Cost for Lyon, Plymouth, Sioux, Cherokee, Osceola, O'Brien, Dickenson & Clay counties is $30. For those registering outside of the above counties, the cost is $50. - Northwest Iowa Craft Expo -- 9:00 AM
The Northwest Iowa Craft Expo will be held from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 10, at the Sioux Center All Seasons Center. Admission is free. Concessions available
